kojpko（個人開発者、以下「提供者」）が提供する「みつけ箱」（以下「本アプリ」）は、 利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者が保存した情報を利用者自身の管理下で取り扱います。

1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報

本アプリでは、利用者の操作により次の情報がiPhoneおよび非公開iCloudへ保存される場合があります。

2. 情報の保存と外部送信

本アプリで作成したデータは利用者のiPhoneに保存されます。利用者がiCloudへサインインし、 本アプリのiCloud利用が有効な場合は、Appleが提供する利用者本人の非公開CloudKitデータベースにも保存され、 同じApple Accountを使用する端末間で同期されます。提供者はこの非公開データを閲覧できません。 写真の文字認識は端末内で行い、写真や認識した文字を提供者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。 アカウント登録、広告配信、行動追跡、第三者解析サービスは使用していません。

利用者が位置情報を追加する場合、緯度・経度から場所名を取得するためにAppleの位置情報・ジオコーディングサービスを利用します。 アプリ内課金の購入と復元はAppleのStoreKitおよびApp Storeによって処理されます。 これらのAppleサービスによる情報の取扱いにはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

3. 端末の権限

本アプリは、機能を提供するために次の権限を求める場合があります。

これらは任意であり、iPhoneの設定からいつでも変更できます。

4. バックアップ

利用者がバックアップ機能を実行すると、写真、認識文字、メモ、URL、位置情報などを含むJSONファイルが作成されます。 このファイルは利用者が選択した保存先または共有先へ渡され、提供者へ自動送信されません。 バックアップには私的または機微な情報が含まれる場合があるため、安全な場所で管理してください。

5. 保存期間とデータの削除

データは利用者が削除するまで保存されます。個別のカードは本アプリ内から削除でき、 設定画面の「すべての保存データを削除」から全カードを削除できます。 iCloud同期が有効な場合、削除は同じApple Accountの端末にも反映されます。 アプリをiPhoneから取り除くだけでは、非公開iCloudに保存されたデータが残る場合があります。 完全に削除する場合は、アプリ内ですべての保存データを削除して同期を完了させてからアプリを削除するか、 iPhoneのiCloudストレージ管理画面から本アプリのデータを削除してください。 削除済みデータを提供者が復元することはできません。

6. 利用者の選択

カメラ、写真、位置情報、通知は任意です。iCloud同期はiPhoneの設定から変更でき、 保存した内容は本アプリ内で閲覧、編集、削除、バックアップできます。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集するサービスではなく、提供者独自のアカウント登録もありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

機能追加や法令等の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

MitsukeBox is provided by kojpko, an independent developer (the “Provider”). This app is designed to keep the content you save under your control.

Information handled by the app

The app may store photos, text recognized on-device, titles, notes, categories, source URLs, optional location data, reminder dates, settings, and StoreKit transaction information needed to determine purchased access.

Storage and external services

Your content is stored on your iPhone. If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is enabled for the app, it is also stored in your private Apple CloudKit database and synchronized across devices using the same Apple Account. The Provider cannot view that private content. Photo text recognition runs on-device, and photos or recognized text are not sent to a Provider server. The app does not use a Provider account, advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics.

When you choose to save a location, Apple location and geocoding services may process coordinates to obtain a place name. Purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple’s privacy policy applies to those services.

Permissions

Camera, photo library, location, and notification permissions are optional and are requested only for the related features. You can change them at any time in iPhone Settings.

Backups

A user-created JSON backup can contain photos, recognized text, notes, URLs, and location data. It is sent only to the destination you select and is not automatically sent to the Provider. Store exported backups securely.

Retention and deletion

Content is retained until you delete it. You can delete individual cards or all saved cards in the app. When iCloud sync is enabled, deletion is synchronized to your other devices. Removing the app alone may leave its private iCloud data intact. To remove everything, delete all saved data in the app and allow synchronization to finish before uninstalling, or delete the app data from iCloud storage settings. The Provider cannot restore deleted content.

Your choices and contact

You can view, edit, delete, and back up your saved content in the app, and control permissions and iCloud through iPhone Settings. For privacy questions, contact kojpkoo@gmail.com.
